My order has not arrived yet, and you send me this?? Same happened last time I ordered from you. Highly disappointed all round.

I’m really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking and can see your parcel has been delayed at their Glasgow Mail Centre, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We’ve now filed a complaint with Royal Mail to find out why it hasn’t moved on as expected.

As your order was placed on our standard 7‑day delivery service, we wouldn’t have known there was an issue unless you let us know — but we are still very sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused.
