Can I place an order as a gift?
You certainly can and it’s a lovely thing to do as well. Just give the relevant delivery address and don’t forget to add your free gift messaging at checkout. Just so you know, we don’t show any prices on the paperwork sent with gift order deliveries.
Can I send gifts to more than one address?
Yes, as long as you place each gift as a separate order as we can only accommodate one delivery address per order.
What are your shipping rates?
We want to make sure you get the most accurate price possible! Because rates vary by location, our website calculates the exact postage for you during the checkout process.
After entering your address, you’ll see a list of UK options including Standard, First Class, and Next Day delivery. You can pick the one that best fits your schedule and budget.
The option may not always be available and is not available in all regions of the UK.
** This price can vary depending upon location. For instance extra charges apply for Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
When can I expect delivery?
We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before midday on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday, will be dispatched next working day.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through WorldPay.
For large corporate orders we can accept payment over the phone or via bank transfer.
Can I amend / cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that we can not guarantee cancellation of any order and orders can not be cancelled once dispatched. Please check our latest delivery information to find out our standard lead times between an order being placed and being dispatched.
Do I receive an invoice?
You will receive an email confirmation that will act as a proof of purchase (please check your spam folders). If you would like a further invoice, please contact us and we can email one to you.
There’s a problem with my order, what should I do?
We want you to be completely happy with your order so, if you have a problem, please contact us straight away.
I have an allergy, what should I do?
You will find allergen and dietary information in each product description, but you’re also welcome to contact us prior to ordering to discuss your requirements. Please note that Pick’N’Mix is bagged in an environment which contains nuts and other allergens.
