Refund policy

At Mr Simms Sweet Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items. However, we will offer a refund or replacement if your items arrive damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@mrsimms.co with photos or details of the issue. We may request the item to be returned by recorded delivery for further investigation. If eligible, we will refund the full item price and reimburse return shipping costs (with valid proof of postage). Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note we cannot refund or replace goods damaged due to hot weather.

For eligible non-edible items (e.g., merchandise or accessories), we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact orders@mrsimms.co. If accepted, we will provide a return label and shipping instructions.

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (including all sweets and foods), custom or personalised items, sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials.
