The pistachio cream, which makes up 22% of the bar, contains sugar, vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, soybean, rapeseed), pistachio (20%), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural flavourings, and colour (E141). The pistachio sauce, accounting for 11%, includes sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower, cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, pistachio (5%), milk, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavours, salt, and colours (E141i, beta carotene). Toasted kadayif pastry makes up 8% and is composed of wheat flour and water. Cocoa butter colours are present in trace amounts and include E555 and E172.
