Delivery and Returns
After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We really want your favourite sweets to reach you in tip-top condition. We go to great lengths to source great quality products and to package and label them properly but, once a delivery has left our premises, we can’t control what happens to it. If your parcel happens to arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, we want to know about it. Please email us at email@example.com
We use Royal Mail and Fedex for our deliveries. We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (excluding bank holiday). Stock allowing, orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same working day, whilst orders placed after noon will be dispatched the following working day.
The current situation with COVID-19 is affecting the postal service and there may be some delays in your delivery. Please bear with us as we all try to work through this. If your delivery has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
