Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@mrsimms.co to confirm that your order has been successfully processed.
Damaged Packaging and Hot Weather Notice
Please note that we are unable to refund or replace any goods that are damaged due to hot weather. While we take great care in sourcing high-quality products and packaging them securely, we cannot control environmental conditions during transit once the parcel leaves our premises.
If your parcel arrives in a condition that affects the quality of the products inside, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing orders@mrsimms.co. Kindly include your order number and a photograph of the damaged items to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.
UK Shipping
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or FedEx from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after noon will be dispatched the following working day.
If your delivery has not arrived within 8 working days, please contact us at orders@mrsimms.co.
UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: Up to 7 working days
First Class Delivery: 1–3 working days
Next Working Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
Delivery charges for UK orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode entered.
Please note that additional delivery charges may apply to addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man.
International Shipping
Important Notice:
Only the Black Death Ultra Sour range, available on www.blackdeath.com, is eligible for shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
All other sweets, including those sold via Mr Simms UK stores, are not available for international delivery.
EU Orders
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–11 business days
Shipping Cost (0g to 2000g): £10.00
Rest of World (ROW) Orders
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–17 business days
Shipping Cost (0g to 2000g): £12.50
