After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, please contact us on email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ANY GOODS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF HOT WEATHER.
We really want your favourite sweets to reach you in tip-top condition. We go to great lengths to source great quality products and to package and label them properly but, once a delivery has left our premises, we can’t control what happens to it. If your parcel happens to arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, we want to know about it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We use Royal Mail and Fedex for our deliveries. We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (excluding bank holiday). Stock allowing, orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same working day, whilst orders placed after noon will be dispatched the following working day.

Service available to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only.
You can pick your chosen delivery method at the checkout:
- First class delivery 1 – 2 working days £7.50
- Standard delivery up to 7 working days £3.50
- International shipping is currently unavailable. Please register for our newsletter to be the first to hear when this service is available.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with the wrong postal charges.
