A Mr Simms subscription lets you receive selected sweets automatically on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the option you choose at checkout.

You can choose either a weekly subscription or a monthly subscription, where available on the product or subscription collection.

You will be charged when you place your first subscription order. Future payments will be taken automatically based on the subscription frequency you selected.

After your first subscription purchase, your subscription contract will appear in your account. You can use this area to review your subscription products, delivery frequency, next order date and payment status.

You may be able to update your subscription from your account, depending on the options enabled for the store. If you cannot make the change you need, please contact the Mr Simms team orders@mrsimm.co for help.

Cancellation options may be available in your account, depending on the store settings. If you need support cancelling or changing a subscription, please contact us.
